Karim is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of N Gage Consulting, S.A.E since February, 2013. On October, 12, 2013, he was appointed a member of Egypt France Business Council. Prior to that, he spent 2.5 years from June 2010 to January, 2013 with British American Tobacco as Director of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Function for BAT's North Africa Business Unit. During the period from August, 2008 to June, 2010, he was a Diplomatic Advisor to the Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry. From October, 2003 to July, 2008, he was appointed as a diplomat to the Egyptian Embassy in France. He joined the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since November, 1999.

He served in 1999 with Jordan based Talal Abu Ghazaleh (T.A.G) Intellectual Property Firm as a Junior Consultant. He started his career in 1998 with Egypt based Orascom for Projects and Touristic Development with its renowned EL Gouna Project. He held an Internship in 1997 at Cairo based Middle East Regional Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for the Refugees working in its Media and External Relations Department.

Karim received a M.A. in International Human Rights Law in June 2003 and a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations in February 1998 both from the American University in Cairo. He holds a Certificate of Specialization in Multilateral Diplomacy issued in April, 2002 delivered jointly by the Swiss Federal Government Program of Diplomatic Studies and the Geneva Institute for Higher International Studies. He was also certified by the Institute of Diplomatic Studies of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in September, 2000. He is fluent in written and spoken Arabic, English and French.

Mohamed El Gizawy is Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Senior Director in the N Gage group. Prior to his current position, Mohamed El Gizawy started his career in the Egyptian Navy as Sub Lieutenant, Navy Officer in 1991.

He served in the Navy till 2006, his last position was Lieutenant Commander, Navy Officer. From 2006, Gizawy started working in the private sector. From 2006 to 2008, he worked as Director's Assistant Government Affairs in ALKAN Consult where he was responsible for dealing with Egyptian Government to provide army equipment such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Gas & Petroleum, etc... From 2008 to 2009, Gizawy worked as project manager assistant in Malfatech, he was responsible for dealing with Egyptian Government to provide army/air force equipment Egypt air, PAS (Petroleum Air Service), etc, negotiating and finalizing contract terms for all deals.

In 2010, Gizawy founded PUV management GmbH in Bayreuth, Germany. This company was a trading company that focuses on importing and exporting different products mainly between Egypt and Germany. In 2011, he started working in German Medical Solutions GmbH (GMS) as a Project Coordinator in Leipzig, Germany. From December 2011 to July 2013, Gizawy was the biomedical Project Manager for 'Al Najaf project' with a total of 400 bed hospital in Iraq. From this project, he gained very good knowledge and experience in the medical sector in Iraq and dealing with the government of Iraq.

After this project, he worked in Egypt also as a biomedical project manager for mega joint venture project between (GMS) and Ministry of military production. From 2014 to 2016, he became the Government Affairs Manager ( Germany and Middle East).

Mohamed Bahaa is Managing Partner and CFO of N Gage Consulting, S.A.E., Co-founder and Managing Partner of Agrovate, LLC, Vice Chairman of The Egyptian Vegetables Group (Egy Veggie) and co-founder of Archimede Middle East Inc.

Mohamed Bahaa, an entrepreneur, a finance and business strategy consultant and an International Trade Arbitrator, started his career as the Research Assistant to the Associate Dean of the School of Business at the American University in Cairo, then joined Management inSites, a US based consulting firm as a Junior Consultant in 2009. In 2010 he co-founded Archimede Middle East; a US based firm operating in the Middle East specializing in selling high end doors and windows. He then joined RAMSCO for Sustainable Development as acting General Manager.

Bahaa has attended the Mastering Trade Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, holds a certificate of International Arbitration from Cairo University, an Advanced Management Certificate in Managing Uncertainty from the International Executive Education Institute at The American University in Cairo, a Harvard - Microeconomics of Competitiveness Course, a Masters degree in Economics with a concentration in Competitive Strategy and Valuation (AUC) , and a bachelors degree in Finance (The American University in Cairo) with honors.

Bahaa is a member of the Egyptian International Arbitration Center, American Arbitration Association, Professional Risk Managers' International Association and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
